Tuesday Mixed level time changes:
New class times 18:55-19:45 and 19:55-20:45

Summer break:
Friday 23rd July – Friday 6th August no live classes or 1:1 sessions.

Latest news

Face-to-face classes – Our classes are now fully back up and running in our lovely Ashford venues. Our mixed level and post natal “Mummy and Baby” sessions are both running in person and online via Zoom at the same time. Our return to in-person classes has gone very smoothly and we look forward to welcoming more of you back into halls over the next few weeks.

Tuesday evening venue: The Well, St. Martin’s Court, Kingston Crescent, Ashford, TW15 3NB.

Thursday morning venue: Ashford Baptist Church, Church Road, Ashford, TW15 2TT.

We move continually throughout the class in various positions using light hand weights. This 45 minute class is for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates method and have no acute health conditions
