Latest news

Equipment Reminder – Please remember that for all classes you must bring your own mat and small towel/head cushion. We also regularly use small soft balls, therabands and spiky balls in our classes so it’s worth investing in these to make sure you get the most out of your classes. These can be purchased through the website here or feel free to ask if you’d like any information at all.
