Dates for your diary

Mixed level, HIT and pregnancy Pilates classes over Easter:
Monday 5th April – Saturday 10th April (incl.) no classes or 1:1 sessions.

Week beginning Monday 12th April – reduced timetable:
Tuesday 13th April – Mixed Level – 18.45 – 19.35 – One class only – everyone welcome even if it’s not your usual class

Thursday 15th April – no am classes (remember you could book into Tuesday night’s class and get the recording to do on Thursday morning if you can’t make Tuesday evening).

Thursday 15th April – Pregnancy Pilates – 19.15 – 20.00

Saturday 17th April – HIT Pilates – 9.00-9.45am

All classes back on and running as normal from Monday 19th April.

Get booking: Classes are now available on GymCatch for booking up until May.

Summer half term:
Monday 31st May – Sunday 6th June no live classes or 1:1 sessions.

Latest news

Face-to-face classes – The provisional date for the return to face-to-face classes continues to be May 17th. Although gyms are opening on April 12th, this is only for individual exercise and adult group classes are not permitted at this point. I am planning on returning to halls as soon as we are allowed to do so whilst still remaining to offer online classes too. I will keep you up to date but am keeping everything crossed for a return from Tuesday 18th May.

Booking system – After Easter we are changing over to our new booking system on GOTeamUP – keep an eye on your emails for details. We will keep using GymCatch until then.

HIT PilatesSaturday9.00-9.45Intermediate This challenging session is designed to strengthen your core, build stamina, mobilise joints and get the heart rate up. We move continually throughout the class in various positions using light hand weights. This 45 minute class is for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates method and have no acute health conditions
