We love to invite you along to a completely free trial class so you can experience our classes for yourself before deciding if you’d like to join us as a member.

Our weekly timetable gives you a range of classes to choose from, so you can find a class that suits you.  Our classes are suitable for complete beginners or those with Pilates experience.

You’ll receive a very warm welcome to whichever class you decide to try. We look forward to welcoming you along very soon.

To book your FREE trial session please look through our timetable below, once you have chosen the class you would like to attend scroll down to the Team Up Login and follow these instructions : –

  • Click log in / sign up
  • Enter your email address to get started
  • Create your password
  • Read and accept the privacy policy and terms of service  to continue
  • Fill in your details and make your choices, read and select JWP terms of service and hit continue
  • Scroll to the date you would like to attend and select the class
  • Select view memberships
  • Select “FREE taster class” – you will need to complete the exercise disclaimer and then the client health form before you continue
  • Confirm you’re not a robot and purchase
  • You’re all done !

Equipment – For all classes (except post-natal “Mummy and Baby”) please bring your own mat and small towel/head cushion. We also regularly use small soft balls and therabands on our classes, there is no need to purchase in these prior to your free trial they will be provided for you, but if you to continue your pilates journey it’s worth investing in these to make sure you get the most out of your classes. These can be purchased through the website here or feel free to ask if you’d like any information at all.
