Jen has been so adaptable with giving me alternative moves so I can avoid any core work that could put too much strain on my tummy. Her knowledge and professionalism has taught me to become very in tune with engaging my pelvic floor and I can now activate this easily when doing exercises to prevent my tummy from doming. I’ve found the classes so beneficial, I love how varied they always are and really enjoy Jen’s style of teaching
